Jerry Homan came in dog training with his mate John Baxter back in February 2015. One of their dogs Baxter turned out to be a very good dog for them, however six and a half years later and Jerry has come back with his partner Emily and their friends Max Fraser and his partner Levi. They had with them 4 dogs, Zeta brindle bitch 6 months old who had not been on Pigs before, Abby 4 years black and tan, Patch 16 months black and white and Floss 16 months old.
On our first run in the we only got inside the gate when one the boars, Kevin turned up. It was young Zeta who saw him first and gave out a couple of barks. Over the next 24 hours young Zeta showed that she had the potential to be a main pig dog as she just loved barking at the Pigs and staying with them. I did not even need to put a muzzle on her.
Another one of their dogs, Patch who Max had acquired off a neighboring farmer was also a cracker of a dog. He had a short nose on him but just loved pig hunting.

Not long after they had been in Max sent me a photo of a nice boar that his dogs caught.
