Its starting to get harder to leave Gus behind when I go hunting now because he is so keen.
When Bro was 19 weeks old I took him out for his first hunt and I remember him getting to see a good pig caught each hunt for his first seven weeks. Bro at the time was more focused and wanting to join in on the action where Gus is still not yet focused on the Pigs and would be more likely to walk into a situation and get hurt because he doesn’t understand yet that there is a danger.
I can tell it’s not going to be long now and I’ll have to take him out for his first hunt.
Mean while the on going training of having him around the other animals and the motorbike are still ongoing.
