Have you ever wanted to go pig hunting but never had the dogs or ground to fulfil that dream, look no further. Bill can organize a hunt to suit you.
Dog training and handling
Bill has developed part of his 135 acre land nestled in the foothills of the southern alps, to create a unique 25 acre block of pine forest and native bush as an exclusive pig dog training facility. This block has been designed especially for training young dogs to find and bail pigs. Bill emphasises that this block is only for training bailing dogs as nothing can be gained here from having a dog attacking a pig.
Once your young dog has had enough of chasing pigs around we can retire back to the hut for a debriefing and assess how things have gone and what we can do to make your dog better at catching pigs. Bills hut is comfortable and warm even on the coldest of nights.
Extra skills
Whatever your situation, Bill can work with you whether you are wanting to learn how to skin a pig, bone out a pig, train a dog, or simply just catch a pig. "Between us we can organize a hunt that you will remember for the rest of your life". (just make it happen).

Training package:
Bring your own potential bailing dog to Bill’s place for a full 24 hour training camp working alongside Bill on his own pigs. Package includes dinner, accommodation, breakfast and lunch.
Individual Hunter $400.00
Additional Hunters $200.00 per person
Extra dogs $50.00 per dog
Casual training rate $50.00 per hour - minimum 2 hours
Terms - 25% payable on confirmation of date booked.
Hunting package:
Go pig hunting, catch a pig, learn how to skin and bone it out, and take the meat home with you. 24 hour price includes dinner, accommodation, breakfast and lunch.
Price $600.00 per person. I guarantee that we will catch a pig, should this not happen then you pay only $400.00
25% payable on confirmation of date booked.
There are limited hunts available, book early to secure your preferred date.
